Telegram receipt photo processing automation
An n8n automation that takes receipt photos sent through Telegram, runs them through Google Gemini Vision with a receipt-specific prompt to extract merchant, amount and date, archives the original photo to Google Drive by submission date, and logs the extraction with a direct Drive link in Google Sheets. Runs on the same self-hosted n8n instance, deployed via Docker on a VPS.
A photo in Telegram becomes a logged, linked Sheets row with no manual entry.
